HDB is launching Punggol Arcadia under the Build-To-Order system today.
The Premium contract will have 120 three-room units, 465 four-room units, and 165 five-room flats. Conveniently served by the Punggol MRT station and Punggol Bus Interchange, it is situated at the junction of Punggol Place and Punggol Field. It is located next to the future Town Centre, with commercial facilities and educational institutions like Punggol Secondary School and Edgefield Primary School only a short stroll away.

Households interested in buying a flat in Punggol Arcadia can submit their application online at HDB's InfoWEB at www.hdb.gov.sg between Nov 13 2008 (Thu) and Nov 26 2008 (Wed). They can also visit HDB Hub or any of HDB's branch offices to submit their applications via the e-stations that are available for use.
Each household can submit only one application and must indicate the development, i.e. Punggol Arcadia and the flat type (3-room, 4-room or 5-room) that they are applying for.
Apart from other eligibility conditions, the monthly household income ceiling for the purchase of the 3-room, 4-room and 5-room Premium flats must not exceed $8,000.
Applicants' queue position to book a flat will be determined by computer ballot. Applicants will be informed of their queue position in January 2009, while the selection process will commence on February 2009.
