SINGAPORE - The tender for a residential site at Buangkok Drive and Sengkang Central closed today with five bids received.

The bids were received from White Haven Properties Pte Ltd, Opal Star Pte Ltd & Binjai Holdings Pte Ltd , Flamegold Pte Ltd , Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd and Vantage Properties Pte Ltd.

The site was launched for tender on April 16 this year, and was offered on a 99-year lease term.

The land parcel will have a site area of 18,341 sq m and a maximum GFA [GFR] of 55,023 sq m.

A decision on the award of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be announced at a later date.
