An industrial site at Kaki Bukit had received a total of eight bids by the time the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender today.

The site at Kaki Bukit Road 5 / Kaki Bukit Avenue 6 was launched for sale by public tender on April 19.

The 13,072.2 sq m site was offered for sale on a 30-year lease. It received a top bid of $27.3 million from Hock Lian Seng Holdings Limited.

A decision on the award of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated.
