White Haven Properties has won the tender for the Buangkok Drive / Sengkang Central residential site with a bid of $301 million.

The land parcel has a site area of 18,340.7 sq m, with a maximum gross floor area of 55,023 sq m.

The land parcel was offered for sale by public tender on a 99-year lease term by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) on April 16.

The tender closed on June 12.
