Mr Bruce Campbell, 62, has a very unqiue home.
The building services and environmental engineer spent about $200,000 (S$251,180) to buy a retired passenger jet and transform it into his dream home.
He spent $100,000 purchasing the airplane and another $100,000 moving it from the airport and settling it comfortably on a plot of land.
Mr Campbell chose to live in the passenger jet because he didn't believe in wooden, rectangular structures.
Online media reported him as saying that wooden, rectangular structures are structurally inferior and cannot withstand severe winds and earthquakes.
However, airplanes are well-designed and meet stringent aerospace requirements, which make them better homes to live in, he said.
