Revealed: Salaries, bonuses of Facebook's top execs

In a regulatory filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), it was revealed that Facebook's top executives can get up to 45 per cent of their salaries in twice-a-year bonuses.

In the required filing, which also specified the 2005 officers' stock plan as well as its 2011 bonus and retention plan, the giant social networking website also filed the offer letters for its top executives.

Among other things, the offer letters filed with the SEC revealed their base pay and bonuses. While their salaries vary, from US$275,000 onwards, they are all eligible to receive a target bonus of 45 per cent based on their performance.

It is seeking to raise up to US$5 billion in the largest flotation ever by an Internet company.
