HSBC plans to sell 5-year Samurai bonds

TOKYO - HSBC Bank plans to sell five-year Samurai bonds, documents filed with Japanese financial authorities showed on Monday.

HSBC Securities and Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities are lead managers.

No further details were available.

Samurai bonds are yen bonds issued in Japan by non-Japanese entities.
