Work can be frustrating sometimes, especially when things aren't going the way they are supposed to be.
Situations involving co-workers, supervisors, clients or even your own work mistakes can be detrimental to one's well-being, both psychologically and physically.
Next time you feel frustrated at work, take a deep breath and go for a walk. Or pop out for a short tea break at a nearby coffee-shop. Then return to your work and find a way to ensure that such mistakes are never repeated again.
Whatever it is, don't do what these stressed out employees are doing.
