New broadband network open to small players

By Chua Hian Hou

SMALL, nimble companies that can create niche services will stand to gain the most from the playing field of Singapore's upcoming next-generation broadband network.

The Government will even sweeten the deal for them with an incentive scheme, details of which will emerge in the next few months.
