I SUBSCRIBE to SingTel's BroadBand on Mobile plan, and am happy with it.

However, a few things could be improved.

Carry over unused data

When a quota subscriber does not use up his monthly or pro-rated data quota, the balance is lost.

Users should be allowed to carry forward the balance to the following month.

Show amount of unused data online

Users can view how much data they have used online, but it would be helpful if the amount of unused data could be shown too.

E-mail/SMS reminders

It would be great if users could get e-mail or SMS reminders when their data-use quota reaches, say, 90 per cent.
