Nokia E66

Price: $798

This smartphone is as compact as they come and without any hang-ups (pun intended) on functions.

Typical smartphone must-haves that are found in chunkier and more robust smartphones include Wi-Fi and GPS.

With maps pre-loaded, plus three months' worth of GPS licence, the phone gives you turn-by-turn driving instructions from, say, Orchard Road to Muar, Johor.

As there is Wi-Fi, you can also hook up to wireless networks like Wireless@SG to surf the Net for free.

It's simple to use too. Setting up an e-mail account is as easy as keying in your e-mail address and password. Even the security tools are fuss-free: simply set up a pin code for features like remote locking.
