NOW that the iPhone 3G has finally arrived, so will the accessories - as was the case when iPods and the iPod Touch (an iPhone without a phone) made their appearance.
The first to hit town are from Japanese brand Radius. On offer are two headphone sets with built-in microphones, the red- TALK extra clear and the red- TALK extra bass. Both retail for $59.90 each.
There is also a range of leather cases, most notably one that clips onto the iPhone's back without adding bulk to its svelte frame. They sell for $44 to $50.
Screen protectors, available in normal film at $14.90 and privacy film at $22.90, are also available.
The latter allows content on the screen to be read only when held directly in front of the user.
