DRINKING tea brings about not only health benefits, but is also a form of art appreciation, said tea master Patrick Kang.
my paper asked Master Kang, 40, who has been a tea-art trainer at teahouse Tea Chapter for seven years, to elaborate on the practice and benefits of drinking tea.
What are some of the benefits of drinking tea?
Tea contains high levels of antioxidants. They have been proven to help the growth of healthy cells and protect them from toxins, while hastening cellular repair.
Studies have also shown that tea aids digestion, prevents tooth decay, reduces cholesterol levels and the risk of stroke and heart diseases, and lowers blood pressure.
