A little of a good thing: Snacks under 200 calories

It is better to spread one's snack intake over the day than have them all at one go, such as just before bedtime, said Mrs Magdalin Cheong, the chief dietitian of Changi General Hospital. As you can see from this spread, snack time can include even more delicious treats.

Kilocalories (kcal) are a measure of energy. A kilocalorie is commonly known as a calorie.
