Crave a snack? Grab something delicious that is 100 calories and under.

Mrs Magdalin Cheong, the chief dietitian of Changi General Hospital, says that snacks are usually not necessary. But when the hunger pangs won't go away, she recommends picking a healthy and yummy nibble.

Kilocalories (kcal) are a measure of energy. A kilocalorie is commonly known as a calorie.
