Get hooked on fitness

In retrospect, actor/entrepreneur Julian Hee, 31, believes he was too hard on himself in his 20s.

"I focused on looking good, which created a lot of unnecessary stress," he says - this also made his fitness routine a "drudgery".

These days, the toned 1.81m, 84kg Saint Joseph's Institution alumnus - who is currently taking a break from television for a stage stint in the upcoming Bedrooms, focuses on keeping his workouts strictly in a "tension-free zone".
