4. Keep Things Fresh
You want to keep your workout interesting the same way you want to spice up your sex life or promote your career, or you'll tire of it eventually.
"I drive up to Cherating (about 50km north of Pahang) to surf. I've also gone for snowboarding trips in Canada and Japan. They're so fun, I don't even think of them as exercise," says Hee.
MAKE IT COUNT: 60 minutes of surfing burns 225 calories for a 75kg man and builds great core strength. The island of Bali (less than a three-hour flight away) offers 18 surf breaks of varying difficulty, and surfing schools for the uninitiated. Time to call that travel agent.
