Tips on staying healthy

Water: Drinking plenty of water keeps you feeling energetic and prevents needless nibbling.

Breathe: Fill your lungs deeply with air and consciously exhale. Every activity and everyday life can be much easier to handle if you breathe through it.

Eat your greens first: Eating salads or vegetables first means you have less room for fat-laden stuff. Stretch: Although you may not burn a lot of calories by stretching, rest assured that it prevents fatigue and muscles won't seize up.

Stay balanced: Restful sleep is just as important as eating healthy meals, exercising intelligently and relaxing if you want to keep your energy levels up.
