Similar to mesotherapy, this non-surgical procedure involves infusing gaseous carbon dioxide below the skin into the subcutaneous tissue through a tiny needle. It claims to kill fat cells, stimulate blood flow, improve the skin's elasticity and reduce the appearance of cellulite.
