Good and bad water

Dr Sun then provided another concept to understand water, which is solubility.

He explained it as the total amount of soluble minerals in milligrams per litre of water, and that includes calcium, magnesium, zinc, and others.

The higher the soluble minerals content, the less soluble the water is, and the better it is for our body.

"Distilled and RO water have very high solubility, and when we drink it, it not only dissolve harmful substances from our body, but will also dissolve the minerals that are needed by our body, and all these good and bad will all be discharged from our system," added Dr Sun.

To make the picture clearer, Dr Sun explained that the minerals in water are like supporting structures, and taking away the supporting structures will cause the water molecules to collapse into big clusters that can wash away all elements in the body faster.

Dr Sun then went on to talk about another important indicator of water quality, the water molecules-link count.

Such a count is usually done by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and it will quantify the count by megahertz. The water molecules-link count can be improved by technology, and is commonly know as energy water.

The lower the megahertz of the water, the more active the water is due to less molecules-link, and thus the better it is for our body.

According to Dr Sun, tap water and distilled water usually measures at about 125 megahertz, and water found in villages that are known for their resident's longevity usually has a count of around 80 megahertz.

Dr Sun then confirmed that a count of 49 to 55 megahertz is now reachable by using technology to produce what is known as the energy water.

"Energy water is really good for the body because the energy makes it easier for the water to surround 'bad molecules', so that our system can discharge them easily," explained Dr Sun.

"It's actually quite easy to differentiate between good and bad water. When you drink good water, your taste bud will feel the 'sweetness' of the water, and if the water is not that good, you will feel numbness on your tongue, or even get a bitter taste from it."

"We need to see the whole picture and understand the system. The whole process of controlling your diet, eating the right food, drinking the right water is the key to clearing our body toxins and building our immunity system," said Dr Sun.

"And considering how much water we need to consume a day, we'd better be drinking well!"
