Party shades for the holiday season

Bigen Prominous has three new shades for fashionistas who want to jazz up their do over the holidays.

Available in Golden Copper, Medium Golden Copper Brown and Medium Mahogany Brown, the colours come in an aqua cream gel that contains seven natural herb extracts - aloe, balm mint, fennel, hops, chamomile, yarrow and mistletoe - to moisturize and nourish hair.

Garnier Nutrisse

The shades in its Absolute Browns Collection complement Asian skin tones as they flatter both fair and olive skinned people.

To keep hair conditioned and soft, Avocado and Grape Seed Oil Concentrate is mixed with the colourant to provide deep conditioning so colour is rich and hair is soft.

Retails at $13.90 and is available at Guardian Pharmacies and all supermarkets.

Solutions to scalp and hair loss problems

Hair loss can be a severe social problem.

So Svenson has introduced a range of customised, ready-to-use hair shampoos that not only clean hair, but also clear the scalp of oil build-up and clogged impurities.

The shampoos target oily and acne-prone scalps, dry and damaged hair that have been weakened by chemical processes, sensitive and dandruff-prones, and weak, limp hair that lacks volume.

Shampoos retail for $37.40 and are now available at Guardian Pharmacies in Suntec City and Parkway Parade and Watsons at Ngee Ann City.

Laminates Cellophanes

To protect your coloured hair and give shine to it, Sebastian Professional has developed shampoos and conditioners in the Laminates Cellophanes range for blondes, redheads and brunettes.

They contain UV inhibitors toprotect colour-treated hair and enhance radiance.

Retails at $30 and is available in Sebastian Professional salons from Dec 2007.
