PERHAPS Taiwanese actress-host Tien Hsin's new variety show on love and relationships will turn her love life around.
After all, she is still hunting for her Mr Right.
And she blames her celebrity status for it.
The curvy 33-year-old said: 'Most men hesitate when it comes to wooing female artistes. They feel intimidated by us.'
While she dispelled recent rumours about her getting back together with her ex-boyfriend, an Englishman known only as Patrick, Tien Hsin said that she would love to be in a relationship again.
Her new show Three Pigs - which premieres at 11pm today on Asia Plus (mio TV Ch 72), and which she co-hosts with Pink Yang and Patty Hou - will give her a chance to meet and interview men from various backgrounds.
Asia Plus and ETTV Asia Channel (mio TV Ch 71) are two new channels which will be launched today.
In a phone interview with The New Paper, Tien Hsin said the show will feature eligible bachelors - 'we may have doctors, lawyers, directors, even magicians'.
It's something she is obviously excited about, although she revealed she prefers doctors to lawyers.
'My mother warned me since I was young that if I ever date a lawyer, I must be very careful. If we end up arguing, I can never win,' she said with a laugh.
WANT LOVE? WEAR PINK
To improve her love life, Tien Hsin has even started wearing pink.
Relationship experts and female friends had told her that men tend to be more attracted to women who wear pink or red.
Then, there is her co-host, who also happens to have pink in her name.
'You know, when I go out with Pink Yang, guys will just automatically come up to her to say 'hi'.
'She has so many admirers! I think it has something to do with the fact that she is called Pink,' Tien Hsin said.
Tien Hsin started out in 1993 as a singer-actress and went on to host popular variety shows such as Peach Protein with Matilda Tao.
She has also launched two bestselling pictorial books.
The actress-host believes that the appeal of Three Pigs lies in the topics that the show covers, which relate to matters of the heart - issues that women viewers are naturally interested in.
But what she enjoys most is being able to probe celebrities about their personal lives in front of a live audience.
Tien Hsin appeared unfazed when local reporters turned the tables on her with personal questions.
It was a contrast to the more reticent Patty.
For example, when Tien Hsin was asked about recent comments by lingerie experts that her breasts are starting to go out of shape, and if it hurt her ego to hear that, the well-endowed host burst out laughing.
Tien Hsin, who has a notable 32F bustline, retorted: 'Well, they have yet to see me naked, right? By just looking at me like that, they wouldn't really know.
'When I see such inaccurate comments, I just smile and let it go.'
She also denied rumours that the three female co-hosts don't really get along.
She said: 'Actually, the three of us get along really well. It's quite annoying because when I work with female artistes, the rumours would be that we can't get along.
'If I am working with male artistes, then the rumours would be that we are romantically involved.
'In this industry, you can't stop tongues from wagging.'
Tien Hsin added that the three of them would often go out during their free time for meals or shopping.
And their conversation topics inevitably revolve around what they discuss on their show.
She said: 'We usually talk about men, fashion trends, where to get good food or where to go to enjoy a good spa or massage.
'Oh, you know, things that women always love to talk about.'
