I recently encountered a taxi driver who did not know where the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre is.

He claimed to have started driving the taxi a week ago.

On another occasion, a taxi took me to Marina South when I wanted to go to the Singapore Flyer near Marina Square.

If my destinations had been secluded places, I would have been more understanding of the taxi drivers' ignorance.

All taxi companies should make sure that their drivers know Singapore well.
