Parking problem in Ang Mo Kio St 22

I AM a resident of Ang Mo Kio, and am often deprived of a parking lot at carpark A13 in Ang Mo Kio Street 22.

Despite the addition of season-parking lots and the deployment of more parking wardens, I still have had to call the HDB helpline to appeal for more enforcement, especially on the eves of and on public holidays.

On Christmas Eve last year, I called the helpline at 9.40pm to ask for enforcement help.

At 10.15pm the problem had not been resolved. I called again and was told that a team had been deployed.

At 10.45pm, I called and was told that the enforcement team had been withdrawn as a patrol team was scheduled to cover the carpark.

However, I saw no summons slips on cars parked on double yellow lines. Could the authorities explain why the responses I received were inconsistent?
