Rude driver swerves into lane recklessly

A STOMP contributor narrowly escaped an accident when he swerved his vehicle to avoid an SMRT bus which had suddenly turned into his lane.

Contributor SafetyRoader said that the driver was also rude and shouted at him when confronted.

He said: "I wound down my passenger window and told the driver that he is driving a large vehicle and should be careful to signal in a timely manner when changing lanes. To avoid a confrontation I told him that I was going to make a report."

Stomp has contacted SMRT for comment.
