Parking coupons reused many times

Stomp contributor Fabian said that he had parked his car in a public carpark near Clarke Quay when he noticed the odd parking coupons displayed by a motorist.

In his e-mail to Stomp yesterday, he said: "I noticed a car with parking coupons on its dashboard that looked odd.

Upon checking, I found that the tabs had not been torn away but were rather blatantly folded upwards, at a 90-degree angle.

"Further inspection revealed creases on other date and time tabs, meaning that the coupons had been reused on numerous occasions."
