ROAD CLOSURES

The following roads will be closed from today to Friday to facilitate the setting up of infrastructure for the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix:

Connaught Dr, St Andrew's Rd, Esplanade Dr, Fullerton Rd, Parliament Pl, Raffles Blvd, Raffles Ave, Raffles Link, Republic Ave, Republic Blvd, Stamford Rd (from Nicoll Hwy to St Andrew's Rd), Nicoll Hwy (from Middle Rd to Raffles Blvd), Coleman St (between Supreme Court Lane and St Andrew's Rd), Bras Basah Rd (bet. Beach Rd and Nicoll Hwy) and Beach Rd (bet. Bras Basah Rd and Stamford Rd).

Restricted access: Nicoll Hwy (bet. Middle Rd and Raffles Blvd), Raffles Blvd, Temasek Ave and Temasek Blvd

Note: The following roads will be open to peak-hour (5-9am) traffic towards the city: Nicoll Hwy, Esplanade Dr, Republic Blvd, Raffles Ave.

NO ERP CHARGES

Thurs-Fri, 6-8pm: Gantries at New Bridge Rd, South Bridge Rd, East Coast Parkway (east-bound from Ophir Rd).

Thurs-Fri (12-8pm), Sat (12.30- 8pm): Gantries at Temasek Blvd, Republic Blvd.

BUS DIVERSIONS

From today to next Tuesday, bus services which travel on the roads scheduled for closure will be temporarily diverted to alternative routes.

The six SBS Transit Nite Owl services will operate on race nights until 2am. Four feeder services will operate after midnight to serve four housing estates: Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Boon Lay, and Pasir Ris.

SMRT will also extend its feeder-bus services to about 2am for the following towns: Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Sembawang, Woodlands and Yishun.

MRT SERVICES

SMRT will increase the frequency of train trips along its North-South, East-West and Circle Lines during the road-closure periods. It will also extend the timing of the last train from City Hall MRT Station to 1.15am on race days.

SBS Transit will extend its North-East Line and LRT services to about 2am.
