A LORRY driver was charged in court on Wednesday with causing the death of a 23-year-old motorist at a road junction.

Balan Sandragasan, 56, allegedly failed to give way to vehicles which had the right of way when making a right turn from Sembawang Road into Yishun Avenue 1, resulting in a collision with Mr Ong Chun Rui's car and causing his death on March 20.
