Kia's new luxury saloon unveiled

Kia Motors has unveiled the new Cadenza, the production version of its VG concept car.

A Kia spokesman said the Cadenza (its name outside South Korea) is marketed as a luxury saloon and will make its overseas premiere at motor shows in the Middle East at year-end.

The Cadenza is another reflection of Kia's turn towards design under the guidance of Peter Schreyer. The nose is aggressively styled with bold headlamp designs.

The Cadenza is positioned above the existing Magentis model in Kia's global line-up.
