Reckless WRX driver 'races' Civic Type R on SLE during heavy downpour

A reader sent in this video (link below) of a Subaru WRX and a Honda Civic Type R 'racing' down the Seletar Expressway (SLE) on a rainy afternoon.

The reader told Stomp that a WRX was tailgating him on the afternoon of Aug 30 along the SLE.

"Moments later when it was raining heavily, I saw a blue WRX and a blue type R were racing each other, going left and right.

"It is so dangerous!

"You can hear the roar of the exhaust from the Civic Type R even with my sound system on!"

After viewing the video we are not entirely certain that the two Japanese performance cars were racing as much as they were overtaking each other in an act of bravado. What do you think?
