A 23-YEAR-OLD man was jailed for four months on Monday for having sex with a 15-year-old girl.

Muhammad Firdaus Samsudin De Rozario, 23, had gone to a condominium pool for a party on Dec 10, 2006 when he met the girl.

The group drank beer and played a game of 'truth or dare' during which the victim was dared to kiss him.

The victim obligingly kissed Firdaus who responded. Several hours later, Firdaus walked to the condominium pool toilet followed by the girl.

They entered the toilet where both had sex.

On June 8 last year, the victim, now 17, reported to the police that she had sex with him and was seven months' pregnant.

Firdaus, who has been convicted of similar offences in 2000, could have been fined up to $10,000 and jailed for up to five years.
