Electronics items stolen from car

OVER $3,000 worth of electronic equipment were stolen from a car on Tuesday in just 15 minutes.

The victim, an IT manager in his mid 40s, parked his car along North Canal Road at 8.15am to get some breakfast.

When he returned to his vehicle at 8.30am, he found the front passenger window smashed.

A laptop worth $2,500, a camera costing $450, and various computer equipment valued at about $200, cheque books and personal documents were found missing.
