The Jakarta Post, ANN

TANGERANG, INDONESIA - A group of eight robbers wearing nothing but their underwear robbed a businessman's house in Tangerang early Monday and got away with a total of Rp 500 million (S$73,500).

The maid, Cici, said three men broke into the bedroom where she and another maid, Sela, were sleeping.

The robbers used the bedsheet to tie and gag them.

"One of them held a machete to my neck," Cici said.

While the three were tying up Cici and Sela, five others went to the second floor of the house.

The owner of the house in Karang Tengah district, Sudoyo, 60, was not at home, while his wife, Catrin, 55, was sleeping at the time.

The robbers took a set of diamonds, a Rolex wristwatch, Rp 2 million in cash and a bank account book from the couple's safe, totaling Rp 500 million.

The case was reported to the Ciledug Police.
