Break-in at Boon Lay

A FLAT at Block 179, Boon Lay Drive was broken into on Monday night while the owner was sleeping.

The owner, a man in his mid 20s, went to bed at 11.15pm, securing only the doors but not the windows of his corridor unit.

The next morning he found his laptop, which he had placed near the window, missing. The laptop is valued at about $1,700.
