Pickpockets strike at Bugis St

Last Friday afternoon, a 56-year-old woman lost $200 while shopping at a mall along Bugis Street, said police.

She was in one of the shops at the mall when she felt someone brush against her left hand.

Shortly later, she found her handbag, which she carried on her left shoulder, unzipped and her wallet missing. She also lost some personal documents in her wallet.
