Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: The body of an unidentified man was found submerged in a fountain at a food court in Jalan Parlimen here yesterday.

An Alam Flora worker, S. Anbuchelvan, 36, was sweeping the area about 8am when he saw a hand sticking out of the fountain.

A police spokesman said the man's body, which was clad in a black t-shirt and brown trousers, had no visible injuries.

The body had been taken to Kuala Lumpur Hospital for a post-mortem.

"The case has been classified as sudden death pending an autopsy report." --NST
