Doctor acquitted of molest

A DOCTOR was acquitted of molesting a clinic assistant on Thursday.

A district court ruled that the prosecution had failed to prove its case against Dr Boon Seng Poh, 41, for touching her breast on Oct 18, 2006, and then hugging her two weeks later in his Ubi Crescent clinic.

On the witness stand, the 31-year-old assistant said Dr Boon tugged her tank top and pulled her bra down when she saw him about her chicken pox. She also claimed that he complimented her on having 'nice breasts'.
