Body found under flyover

KUALA LUMPUR: The body of an unidentified woman, believed to be a murder victim, was found with facial wounds under a flyover of the Middle Ring Road (MRR2) near Taman Connought in Cheras.

The woman believed to be in her 20's was clad in a T-shirt and jeans when found by a highway maintenance worker at around 9am yesterday morning.

Cheras district police chief Asst Comm Ahmad Amir Mohd Hashim said the woman was believed to have been hit by a blunt object in the face.

The body was taken to the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre (UKMMC) for a post-mortem.
