Costly swim for 2 students

A STUDENT and his girlfriend left their bags in the open while they went swimming off Siloso Beach on Sunday at 3pm only to return 45 minutes later to find them missing.

The teens, both 19, lost $60 in cash, two handphones worth $1,000 and a $500 digital camera.

The police have advised the public not to leave their belongings unattended in the open.
