The Straits Times

A COMPANY director who parked his car at the carpark of a hotel along Victoria Street on Monday morning returned half an hour later to find valuables missing from the boot.

The man, in his early 50s, reported that a bag containing cash of S$5,000 and 28,000yuan (S$5,500) was gone when he returned to his car at about 11.45am.

A $3,000 laptop and other personal documents were also stolen.
