The Straits Times

A WOMAN had a gold necklace snatched from her by a man who was inside the lift with her on Saturday.

The woman, in her mid 50s, said the man followed her into a lift at Block 4 Marsiling Road flat at about 11.30am.

When the door opened on the 9th floor, the suspect, a tan-complexioned man in his 30s, grabbed the necklace and fled. The woman was unhurt.
