Primary school teacher charged with forgery

A Canberra Primary school teacher was charged with 8 counts of forgery involving the marking of PSLE Tamil language papers.

Shanti d/o Krishnasamy, 39, is accused of correcting the answer scripts of three of her Tamil students on Oct 5.

The Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau investigated her case last November.

Bail was set at $10,000.

A pre-trial conference has been fixed for Feb 20.
