Nanyang Primary School has produced this year's top Primary School Leaving Examinations (PSLE) student.
Wee Yen Jean was the top scorer with a total aggregate of 287.
The 12-year-old, who is in the Ministry of Education's (MOE) Gifted Education Programme, has been offered a place at Raffles Girls' School.
Madam Heng, the principal of Nanyang Primary School, told AsiaOne that the school's top debater's winning formula was her consistency in her work.
"Yen Jean is a child who not only excelled in academic achievement, but also holistically in other areas besides schoolwork, especially when it comes to developing her passion in writing," she said.
This is not the first time that the Bukit Timah school has produced a top PSLE student.
At least 10 top PSLE students have come from from Nanyang Primary School, with the last pupil graduating in 2001.
A total of 49,856 students sat for the PSLE this year, of which 97.1 per cent passed and are eligible for secondary school - no change from last year's results.
In a media statement, MOE said that out of those who passed, 63.6 per cent are eligible for the Express course, 21.6 per cent for the Normal (Academic) and 12.0 per cent for the Normal (Technical).
The Secondary 1 posting results will be released on Dec 18.
