GLAXOSMITHKLINE (GSK) on Tuesday pledged $30 million to sponsor graduate studies in sustainable manufacturing processes, green chemistry and health policies.
Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, speaking at the opening of the GSK's first vaccine plant in Singapore, said the Economic Development Board will top up the amount to $50 million, since this is very much in line with the direction Singapore wants to take.
