Why didn't the Ministry of Education declare Monday a school holiday?
That would have encouraged our youths to support the inaugural AYG by attending its official opening.
MOE needs to do more to encourage youths to attend the various events. How can they do so when they need to attend classes and when most of the competitions are taking place during school hours?
We need more support to make this a memorable event that we can all be proud of.
