Taint of a minor's action shouldn't ruin his future
Wed, Nov 18, 2009
The Straits Times

I REFER to the report, 'When teens have consensual sex' (Nov 1).

A minor should not be saddled with the taint of an action that reaches into the future and which amounts to paying for life for something that happened under the age of 16.

This is an anomaly which transgresses justice and equity. Do not brand those teens for life as criminals.
