PSLE 2009 results out on Thursday

The results of the 2009 Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) will be released this Thursday, Nov 26.

Pupils may obtain their result slips from their respective schools from 12 noon.

On the same day, eligible pupils will also receive from their respective primary schools, their option forms to select secondary schools.

Students and parents can submit the secondary school options for their child online via the Secondary One
Internet System (S1-IS). The S1-IS is accessible 24 hours a day through the MOE Secondary One Posting website at www.moe.gov.sg/education/admissions/secondary-one-posting/ starting from 12 noon on Nov 26 to 3 pm on Dec 2.

Alternatively, parents may also submit their child's secondary school options through their child's primary school.

Submission at the primary schools will be from 12 noon to 3 pm on Nov 26 2009; and 9am to 3pm between Nov 30 and Dec 2.

The Secondary One posting results will be released on Tuesday, Dec 22. Pupils are to report to the secondary schools they are posted to on Wednesday, Dec 23 at 8.30 am.

For more information on the Secondary One Posting Exercise and S1-IS, parents can refer to the MOE Secondary One Posting website at www.moe.gov.sg/education/admissions/secondary-one-posting/ or Part One of the information booklet entitled "Choosing Your Secondary Schools" which was earlier distributed to the pupils.
