Sat, Jul 24, 2010
The Nation/Asia News Network

The court reasoned that Bodin Watcharobol must file a suit against the prime minister with the Supreme Court's Criminal Division for Holders of Political Office, not the Criminal Court.

Bodin file the suit on Thursday, alleging the prime minister and the CRES with unlawfully using force against the redshirt protesters, causing him injuries during the crackdown. -The Nation/ANN
