S'pore stocks lower at noon

>Singapore stocks closed lower at midday with the benchmark Straits Times Index down 37.67 points, or 1.24 per cent, at 3,012.23.

Up to 759.7million shares exchanged hands. Losers beat gainers 341 to 201.
