Lee Foundation gives $150m to NTU medical school

THE Lee Foundation has made a gift of $150 million to the Nanyang Technological University's (NTU) new Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, with half the sum going directly to needy students.

Together with enhanced matching by the Government, NTU will receive a gift amounting to $400 million.
